My Approach

My therapeutic style is compassionate, active and direct, meeting clients at eye level.
My approach is integrative & holistic, combining psychodynamic therapy, CBT-based tools, deep work with the subconscious, and a strong emphasis on the mind-body connection.

My approach and techniques are chosen to fit each client's unique needs, always guided by compassion and a trauma-informed perspective.

Getting Help

Sometimes life can feel heavy or lacking meaning, even when everything seems fine on the outside. You may be successful and thriving in many areas, yet still feel emptiness, sadness, anxiety, low self-worth, difficulties with relationships or in self-actualization, emotional dysregulation or numbness, exhaustion, or an inability to rest or feel fulfilled. You might be experiencing physical symptoms such as sleep difficulties, allergies, emotional eating, or chronic conditions, without realizing that the source of these issues can sometimes be complex experiences in the past that leave a lasting mark on both body and mind.

Therapy Sessions

Holistic therapy

My approach views individuals as composed of four physical and metaphysical dimensions that operate simultaneously, influencing one another on the path toward healing

1.

Mind

The space where thoughts, emotions, and internal narratives reside. It is shaped by the interplay between our inner world and external reality, reflecting how we have learned to survive, feel, and relate to ourselves and others.

Working with the mind involves encountering emotions, observing patterns, uncovering limiting beliefs, and noticing automatic reactions. Through this process, we learn to move through these experiences rather than remain stuck or avoid them, fostering recovery and healthy self-integration.

2.

Subconscious

We are guided by the subconscious, the space where our traumas are stored. It
seeks to protect us from exposure to perceived threats, guiding our attention, shaping our choices, and keeping us within zones it identifies as “safe” -  even if it limits growth or creates repetitive destructive patterns we do not consciously want.

Therapeutic work engages both levels: addressing emotional pain that surfaces from the subconscious (through bodily sensations, dialogue, dreams, or behavior), and rewiring the subconscious and the nervous system to be able to receive and embody abundance, resilience, and growth.

3.

Body

The body carries our story – every emotional experience manifests physically. The body also holds the key to healing, guiding us back to the parts of ourselves we once abandoned. At the same time, the body governs physiological processes that directly influence mood, energy, and emotional balance.

By attuning to the body, creating a foundation of safety and presence, and supporting the body’s healing processes, we nurture both physical well-being and emotional resilience.

4.

Spirit

The soul is our unique imprint in the world. It carries the memory of the path we chose and the life lessons each of us elected to experience, through both personal suffering and joy.

Working with the spiritual dimension guides us toward development, maturation, and a deep connection with our inner purpose, supporting alignment with the life we are meant to live.

Therapy is a collaborative process, guided by your needs and experiences. Together, we explore past challenges, work through emotional and somatic symptoms, and develop practical tools to support growth, resilience, and self-discovery - all within a compassionate, trauma-informed space.
